Our operation in this capacity includes:
- Purchase distressed properties in the “bread and butter” neighborhoods which appeal to buyers looking for their first home
- Acquire properties at a cost of 70% or less of market value, including the cost of renovation
- Perform high-quality renovations including new carpet, paint
